EXPRESS Injector

The Injector is temporarily unavailable. I (peter.denno@nist.gov) am in the process of upgrading some of the infrastructure on which it relies, and I've been pulled away to work on some higher-priority tasks -- which required that I create an executable now, before I got the Injector working again. As of today (2008-08-172) I believe that the Injector should be available within a few weeks, but if it's looking like I'm wrong about that, or you really need the Injector now, drop me a note.
